when i first time hear about gography,,i remember about world. i think geografy is science about world structure and everything about world.
and also geografy is geosfer fenomena and caracteristic a place.
in another my opinion,geography is science about symptoms nature world and everything about world. EXAMPLE :

~Mountain and
~surfaces world

A Word that i remember if i hear geografy are world and all of people there. you know why? because i think goegrafy is education of world and all about it. it's not only where we stand but all of it,for example how can we get there? why must we go there? etc. It just from where we see it. and people has many think for we know.

Geography is a study of earth and its related properties like features, inhabitants, and phenomena. Eratosthenes was the first person brought geography in 276-194 B.C. There are different branches of geography: Physical geography, Regional geography, human Geography.and study of earth's features and distribution of life on earth is known as Geography. It is also the study of human life and human activity. In smaller words geography simply means "To Describe the Earth". Geographers have four different varying views on geography; spatial analysis of natural and human phenomena, on man and land relationships, area studies and the science of earth.
A person who studies geography is known as a geographer. Most of the time geographers have been tagged the same as cartography (people who just study the names of places). However almost most of the geographers are trained in the art of cartography and toponymy, although this is not their main occupation, they still learn it. Geography can be divided into two classes; Physical Geography and Human Geography.
Many famous geographers and non-geographers have attempted to define the discipline in a few short words. The concept of geography has also changed throughout the ages, making a definition for such a dynamic and all-encompassing subject difficult. With the help of Gregg Wassmansdorf, here are some ideas about geography from throughout the ages:
Physical Geography mainly concentrates on relations between diverse parts of the global system and on explaining that how things happen on the Earth's surface. For example, to comprehend the behaviour of a river and predict whether flooding or erosion might occur.
Physical Geography is the core of all Geography. The Physical Geographer use many other subjects as tools. The subjects which are apparatus for Physical Geography are Geology, Hydrology, Biology, Chemistry, Ecology, Climatology and any others that are proper to the question being inquired. The Physical Geographer has the ability to connect ideas from different disciplines, to unite evidence from various sources. This subject needs an open and active mind.

In my opinion, GEOGRAPHY is funny lesson. Because in GEOGRAPHY lesson we study about many place, utility of earth, climate and the way for manage it. I LOVE GEOGRAPHY because I LOVE MY EARTH TOO. I want to know about method for made the best the use of riches on earth, manage climate, for example: we can go to any place when rain down with use umbrella, etc. GEOGRAPHY is lesson which most near with earth where we life. GEOGRAPHY knowledge used on every place. With we know about GEOGRAPHY, we can to love our earth, care it more fine, manage earth phenomena. I love to study about earth phenomena. And because it, I belief GEOGRAPHY is funny lesson. Don't be see GEOGRAPHY lesson is scary and difficult lesson. Make a GEOGRAPHY lesson is comfortable lesson. i think, geography is a nice lesson, that study about this wolrd and its problems. like the recident, nature, and all about this world. we can know about shape of eart and its creatures. but sometimes, i feel confuse. because if we answer a question, the answer arent same with another answer. i also feel difficult when i do the test. because sometime i cant remember the materials. and maybe, sometimes the teacher explain not clear. but, one that i like about geography. it is, we can save our eart, and know about the problems. like global warming. if we dont like geography, maybe we never think about our eart. we destroy the forest, and never care. im so proud, that Indonesian still care about this world. many people still maintenence and fix it.

My first word about geografi is earth. Why?? because my opinion about geografi is a very exciting for me of course about earth and everything about earth. And Then,Because I think that geografi equal to ground. Geografi relating to nature phenomenons and typical cirri-ciri of itself nature. Geografi is science about ground. In the first time I heard geography , I think it is a subject . And it is a part of social lesson . Same as its name "geography" , it must be a subject that learn about earth . It's learn about shape of earth , structure of earth , climate , and many things about this earth .
I think the word geography means to describe the earth , so , it's always about earth .
Talk about geography , for me it's not an easy subject. Because it learn too many things about earth , sometimes it is confused . many new terms that i dont know make me so confuse .
Actually , it's a good subject . Because from geography i know more about my earth .

so i can conclude that Geography is a subject which gives people about a place or places with their all around information. the reason why i give that answer is because i just followed the guidance from the teacher who teach me geography since i have been in junior high school.
