Concept of area differentiation are ..
Most of the published thinking on competitive strategy is in the area of marketing. Much of what's been written isn't directly relevant to selling. For example, there's advice about when to enter a competitive market and when to leave it, how to link competitive information with product design, and how to relate competitive pricing to product life cycle. None of these things is under the control of individual salespeople. But there's one important concept in marketing strategy which can be directly controlled by salespeople and which is vital to successful competitive selling. That concept is differentiation. The objective of competitive differentiator is to make your product distinct in the customer's mind from other available alternatives.
In global marketing terms, differentiation starts with product design. It continues through activities like pricing, promotion, and advertising strategy. Unfortunately, most writers on marketing lose interest in differentiation at this point. When the product is designed, priced, and promoted, then marketing has done its work. But, it's exactly at this juncture, when the product is ready to be sold to customers, that differentiation becomes even more important. Successful selling in competitive markets is all about how to differentiate your product from competing alternatives. However well your product is differentiated in the overall market in terms of design, price, positioning, or promotion, at the level of the individual, customer differentiation rests on how you sell. If I'm working with marketing people I find it helpful to use the term micro-differentiation when referring to how you differentiate the product to an individual customer during the sale itself. In this way I can avoid confusion with the more familiar marketing issues of macro-differentiation, such as pricing and advertising.

10 Concept of geography :

1. Consept of location : it's about location of place in the world
*Absolute :location is permanent, ex : garis lintang
*Relatife : location can change because sure factors, ex : time location Bali
island

2. Consept of Distance : It's about distance one place with other place
*Absolute : measure with measure unit, ex : 63 Km
*Relatife : go together time factor

3. Consept of achievability : connection one place with other place because
situation and transportation in the world
ex : city's transportation for human's life

4. Consept of pattern : the spread of geospher's phenomenon in the world
ex : flora and fauna

5. Concept of morphology : the shape of world result of endogen and eksogen
ex : valley and mountain range
6. Concept of Agglomeration is explaining why a geography phenomenon inclimed grouping. This is also grouping phenomenon in area that give positive background.

7.Concept of utility valuel is about benefits that given by an area in earth surface to living things and not same to everyone. Every area has potential that can be grown so the useful value is optimum.

8. Concept of Interaction is spatial connection between the one and the other. Example: interaction between village and city.

9. Concept of area differentiation is affirmation that one place to the other places have differences. It can be observed from pattern that had by an area will be so different with another area

10.Concept Spatial connection is connection between dispersion elements with another element in an area. Potential difference between one are to the other will make interaction like exchange things, human or culture.
